Hip Mobility Flow is a 20 minute Vinyasa inspired practice designed to gently warm, up and open your hips through intentional fluid movement. We'll sync breathe to movement through a steady flow, weave in targeted mobility drills to build stability and range of motion. We'll finish with grounding stretches and short meditation to release tension.
