Yoga Fusion incorporates breath- synchronized movement as you flow through the 26 traditional postures of Bikram yoga combined with Power yoga. This practice will increase blood flow and release toxins from your organ systems. Fusion Yoga focuses on building strength, endurance and alignment. Each class is accompanied with heat (85-90 degrees Fahrenheit), music, incense and or candles.
