Candlelight Yoga

Candlelight Yoga is a slow, soothing flow designed to help you unwind and reset. Move gently through mindful stretches and fluid postures in a softly lit room illuminated by candlelight, creating a calm and grounding atmosphere. The practice concludes with a Drishti mediation, where we gaze softly at a single candle flame, allowing the mind to settle and breathe to deepen as we focus on one point of light.
